Filipina-American fitness model, fitness and figure competitor and certified personal trainer, Katherine Painter.
This 5 foot tall, 100 pound lady is aptly nicknamed "Rocket Girl".
She was born in Santa Cruz, Laguna on October 2nd, 1973.

2003 FAP Capital Classic Fitness Regionals, 1st Runner Up
2006 FAME Fitness Model Golden State Championship, 7th place
2006 NPC Los Angeles Figure Championship, 4th place

Asian Fitness Model Liz Yu.

The really sad thing about Liz is that all I have is a name and a picture.
And possibly that this is the same Elizabeth Yu that competed at the 2006 Emerald Cup Figure, Fitness and Bodybuilding Championships.
If that is the same lady, then she also competed at the 2006 Alberta Figure Championships.
But I had to post this entry.
